Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AllTravl ("AllTravl", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical signature.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By using AllTravl you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You may not register more than one account per person, create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization, or use another user's account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

AllTravl is a technology platform that connects travelers so they can discover destinations, form groups, coordinate, and travel together. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or transport, accommodation, or financial services provider. We do not organize, operate, supervise, or guarantee any trip, and we are not a party to any arrangement made between members.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive trips, profiles, or content.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, defame, or harm other members.
• Post content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or infringes others' rights.
• Use the Platform for spam, scams, solicitation, or any unlawful or commercial purpose not permitted by us.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Misuse the Live Location, SOS, group chat, or direct messaging features — including sending spam, unsolicited promotions, or harassing messages — or use location data to surveil, stalk, or endanger anyone.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform or its security.
• Violate any applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.

Members are solely responsible for evaluating, planning, and conducting trips, including verifying the identity and suitability of other members. Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for your own safety, travel documents, insurance, health, and compliance with local laws. Trust scores, reviews, and verification are informational signals only and are not guarantees of any member's conduct, identity, or safety.

Hosts may use our AI planner to generate suggested itineraries. These suggestions are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies, outdated details, or places that are closed or unavailable. They are a starting point, not professional travel advice — always verify timings, prices, safety conditions, and availability before relying on them. Travel Buddy is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

The expense-splitting tool is provided for convenience to help members record and calculate shared costs and settlements. AllTravl does not process, hold, transfer, or guarantee any payments between members. Any money owed or paid between members is a private matter between them, and we are not responsible for collecting, refunding, or resolving such amounts or disputes.

You retain ownership of the content you post (such as profile details, photos, messages, and reviews). By posting content, you grant AllTravl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content on and through the Platform for the purpose of operating and providing the services. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. Note that a trip's public details (title, destination, dates, price, photo, and host profile) appear on its shareable public link. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The Platform, including its software, design, logos, text, and graphics (excluding user content), is owned by or licensed to AllTravl and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

You can report users, trips, reviews, or content that violate these Terms using the in-app reporting tools. We review reports and may take action including warnings, content removal, or account suspension. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly — the in-app SOS feature is a coordination aid for your group and is not a substitute for emergency services.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or engage in conduct harmful to other members or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that location data, maps, or distances will be accurate at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllTravl and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, interactions with other members, or any trip. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllTravl from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, your conduct during trips, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. We encourage you to first contact us to seek an amicable resolution of any concern before initiating formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, concerns or grievances regarding these Terms or content on the Platform may be sent to our Grievance Officer at support@alltravl.com. For general queries, see our Help Center.
